Who we are:
Rick Adams is a Certified Pet Groomer with over 10 years of experience dealing with dogs and cats.
Carola Adams is a Veterinary Technician who has over 13 years of experience with pets. She is a member and show secretary of the Fredericton Kennel Club, a member of the Canadian Kennel Club, The Dalmatian Club of Canada and the River Valley Obedience and Field Trail Club. She shows her Dalmatians throughout Atlantic Canada, and competes in Obedience Trials.
Services:
At Dutch Kennels, we provide a high level of care and individual attention to all the animals visiting our kennel.
Grooming involves either a brush out or a shave, depending on the dog, a bath, shampoo and blow dry. Nails are trimmed, ears are cleaned and each pet is thoroughly checked over.
Doggy Day Care is offered from Monday to Friday from the morning to the evening. We offer a large exercise yard and fenced-in area with ample space for your pet to play in and interact with other pets. This also helps socialize your animal to make them a ‘better citizen’ of the animal world. All pets are limited to groups of 5 to eliminate pack formation or ‘bullying’. Overnight and Extended Boarding is also available. From one night to a few months, Dutch Kennels promises to give the best to your pet while you are away on vacation or business. We feed the animals on their schedule and ensure they are comfortable throughout the day and during the night. Owners are more than welcome to bring the pet’s favorite food, toys, blankets, required medication, or anything else and we will be sure he or she is comfortable.
